At Whinstone Primary we use an online system called Parentmail for communicating with parents and carers and for electronic payments for trips, breakfast club,
music lessons etc.
When your child starts at Whinstone we will ask you for an email address which we use to register you and your child on the Parentmail system. Once you are registered you will receive an activation email with a link for you to enter your email and create a password. You can also download the App onto your mobile. We hope the result of using Parentmail will mean that you receive information from the school in a more reliable and efficient manner, and that you will no longer need to trawl through the contents of your children’s school bags!
Please be assured, the Parentmail service is registered with the Data Protection Registrar and guarantees that all information supplied will be kept completely private.
